Joe Janz was born in LaSalle, IL and began acting at the age of 5. In college, while attending Saint Ambrose UniversityJoe was cast in productions of A Little Night Music, Candide, Guys & Dolls as Benny Southstreet, Fiddler on the Roof as Lazar Wolf, The Glass Menagerie as Jim O'Connor, and A Streetcar Named Desire as Mitch.
Joe graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and moved onto Chicago to work for various advertising agencies. In 2000 Joe and his wife Mechelle moved back to Davenport, IA to raise a family. Joe's daughter Mackenna (age 5) is currently playing the roll of Zuzu in Circa 21's production of A Wonderful Life.
Currently Joe is a graphic designer / web designer and an accomplished cake decorator. He is a true Notre Dame fan and one day aspires to meet Kyle Bornheimer. |
